Petersham's Worcester County Registry filings show 10 property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only one, the Sept. 15 sale of 43 West St. for $20,000 to Cornerstone Bank, has a recorded sale price so far. The other nine sales, including three on West Street and two on East Street, show price not yet available, a normal reporting lag rather than withheld information. Several transfers list banks, credit unions or mortgage-servicing firms as a party, and one, at 11 Common St., moved ownership into a trust under the same name.
