The month's highest recorded price, $329,568, came from a Petersham sale from Stephanie E. Starr to Freedom Mortgage Corp. and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. West Street had the most activity of any street, with three separate deeds. Several deeds name banks or credit unions as sellers or buyers, and one transferred ownership from Toni Begman to Toni Begman as trustee. With seven of nine prices still pending, the market's direction for the period remains unclear.
