Twelve Petersham Deeds Recorded in August, Most Without Disclosed Price

Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 12 property deeds recorded for Petersham between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only two disclosed a sale price: $1,563 and $100,000, producing a median of $50,781. The period's highest disclosed sale was 73 Old East St. at $100,000, sold by Alexander and Miah Ufema to Millbury National Bank. Monson Turnpike Road accounted for four of the 12 deeds, split between two addresses. Eight of the 12 transactions involved a bank, credit union, mortgage servicer or debt-collection firm as buyer or seller, and price data was withheld on 10 of the 12 deeds, limiting a full read on local market conditions this period.
